Hank - Once the contractor gets past the intersection of Ness Rd. & Dietz Rd., yes the road will be closed completely. Once the contractor gets temporary paving down on the section of Ness Rd. from Windsor Rd. to Dietz Rd., that section will be re-opened. As for how long, it will be for a couple more weeks. Due to the depth of the sewer main and the safety precautions that need to be taken, it is slow going.

To make sure I am understanding correctly, Ness Rd will essentially be closed completely? Coming from Dietz, the only option will be to go straight up the road to LJM Elementary. Is that right? How long will Ness be closed from Dietz to Freysville?

MJ - No, Ness Rd. is not open yet and will be closed for a several more weeks due to the depth of the new sewer main, the proximity to the water main and the rain/snow storms. Also, Ness Rd. from Dietz Rd. to Freysville Rd. will be closing next week.
